EUpTrain
Room for transnational exchange of educational experience.
Low-qualified adults often find it difficult to gain access to education. This hinders the acquisition of new skills and consequently makes integration into the labour market and society more difficult. The Erasmus+ funded project EUpTrain, therefore promoted the transnational exchange of knowledge between adult education organizations. In a jointly produced handbook, translated into 8 languages, experts have compiled transnational best practices and methodologies. The focus: the work and further education of low-skilled adults. So that this target group can receive the best support, grow through education, and be successful in their careers.
