DigiMedia
Room for digital competence of teachers in adult education.
The consumption of high-quality educational media alone does not automatically lead to high-quality learning outcomes. Effective success comes from the didactic support provided by teachers who have the necessary media competence, and from integrating these media into teaching and learning concepts. The DigiMedia project supports this progress by methodically incorporating and practically utilizing selected digital educational media. It explores and defines quality criteria for digital educational media, designs media-supported teaching and learning arrangements, and promotes self-directed as well as cooperative learning. Thus, ensuring that the quality of teaching competence in the context of increasing digitization in adult education remains at the cutting edge.
